Each tab in your doc is a chapter, and nested tabs roll up into Parts, so you can see where the words are going.

Revising and rest days count

SteadyInk can tell added words from removed ones, so a revising day shows as churn (like "+300 / −1,100") instead of a loss, and a day off is a rest day, not a failure.
